Business Development Manager

Hours: Flexible

Wage: By the hour (Negotiable based on experience)

Commission: 25%  of the first-month retainer


If you accept this role, you’ll  be making outbound phone calls to decision-makers and business owners and booking follow up phone meetings for senior sales staff. You will be provided  a phone plan and  all the tools and training needed to succeed. While your main role will  be business development,  you will be part of an integrated team of writers, designers,  web developers,  project managers, and senior  SEO & PPC  technicians.  This is a fully remote position. 

Must have:

  • Own computer
  • Willingness to make cold calls/emails
  • Ability to book calls with decision-makers and business owners
  • Work closely with Senior Account Manager to close deals
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Persistence & Confidence
  • **Willingness to do what it takes to get the job done
  • Good to have:

  • Sales experience
  • Understanding  Digital Marketing and Return on Investment
  • Duties & Responsibilities  (based on full):

  • Minimum  40 outbound emails per day
  • Minimum  40 outbound calls per day
  • Book 2 phone meetings  per week
