Stikky Media is looking for an experienced SEO Manager to join our rapidly growing team. The ideal candidate possesses exceptional analytical, technical and communication skills with a passion for results and a thirst for learning. You understand SEO’s role in an overall digital marketing strategy and can explain key concepts in depth or at a high level, adapting to your audience. You take pride in your results and have a desire to do what it takes to help our clients succeed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Stikky Media team to create and lead digital marketing campaigns with a focus on SEO.
  • Develop strategies that will yield consistent month over month and year over year growth for clients of all sizes and in a myriad of industries.
  • Build strong client relationships by being ability to communicate your results and justify your approach with data.
  • Measure and report performance of all SEO campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • As a “go-to” resource, you will stay up-to-date with algo updates, best practices, emerging trends and technologies.
  • Provide data-driven strategic recommendations and identify opportunities to make improvements.
  • Requirements / Qualifications

  • Proven experience generating results through on-page, off-page and technical SEO.
  • Experience running campaigna targeting both B2B and B2C audiences with an appreciation of the nuances required to convert.
  • Keyword research experience and comfort with various popular tools.
  • Strong copywriting skills and ability to create metadata and landing page copy that converts.
  • Google Analytics certified or willing to get certified and an in-depth understanding of Google Search Console’s key functions.
  • Able to analyze large datasets, extract and synthesize into meaningful insights that can help move the needle for clients
  • Experience conducting A/B and multivariate testing with the ability to comfortably explain results and make recommendations.
  • Experience identifying target audiences and creating appropriate digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate to drive conversions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills at all levels of an organization.
  • Familiar with top SEO tools such as SEMRush, Ahrefs and Moz.
  • WordPress experience is a must.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills with the ability to prioritize and get work done on time and on budget.
  • Proactive, organized and detailed with the ability to learn and adapt quickly.
  • Nice to have: Experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Tag Manager, web coding (HTML/CSS). Agency experience a plus as is experience optimizing e-commerce websites.
